Wednesday, October 13, 2004 Wow, best night ever a working environment could provide.Let me share the details. *I got a free T-shirt....It says "I experienced an orgams with the Black Forest Band at Oktoberfest" * At the beggining of the night the president of the club pulls me aside he then gives me a V.I.P. pass to Blue Rodeo (a semi country-rock-jazz band of which I love and you probably do too...their songs are very recognizable, yet most people dont know its them). *So his daughter Stephanie chooses me and the two of us get to clean out the hospitality tent all night. Meaning, we get in with the band. Big deal right? Well apparently so to everyone else on our team.....they didnt like that too much. Neither did the other 4000 people there. *The keyboardist had told me that he loved my hair and it really reminded him of Ghost World. He picked me out of the crowd even before he knew I was working for them. *I really wish my baby was there, he woulda gone wild hanging out with them...not that he enjoys that kind of music, but each member in the band played his favorite guitar and had tons of them with them. So here I am, 2 in the morning, just off work...eating sweet potatoe pie and bouncing off the walls. I had fun today. Even before work. I hung out with my Nicky :) We went out and got her hair cut, a little thrift shopping and such. Good afternoon indeed. The icing on the cake; I talked to Terry this afternoon. And now I cant even think about sleeping because im so excited. Weve been apart since Sunday. I know I know, to most of you..thats nothing. But to me, its horrible. I miss him so much. So I am really excited to see him on Sunday when he kidnaps me. Its all I can think about. More like hes all I can think about...ever. I even talked about him all night, with the band too...lol. I am obsessed. Well I had a grand old time, and im not even tired. Time to shut up now. Good night all. <3 Shara

about I am in love with life. View my Guestbook I have no intentions to please anyone, I write in this for my own purposes. My own outlet. My own place to say what I want, when I want and how I want. With no worries of who I may offend. My belief is writing forces you to organize your thoughts, which helps you to gain control over what is happening around you. It releases stess. So here it is...straight up. archives July 2004 links My best friend Terry. a simple poem Here's 2 the crazy ones, Misfits, Rebels, Troublemakers, Round pegs in square holes, The ones who see things differently. They aren't fond of rules, And have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, Disagree with them, Glorify or villify them. The one thing you can't do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push us forward. While some may see them as the crazy ones, We see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough To think they can change the world Are the ones who do. credits original layout w4rnawarni : listen to the music designed by w4rnawarni @ blogskins |
